We at Coffee Farms Company strive to produce and provide the best services and products in order to live a unique and luxurious experience. In our keenness to provide services with the best standards, we attach to your hands the most important basic terms of sale, clarifying the obligations of both the first party (the seller) and the second party (the buyer or customer):

Replacement and return:
• Coffee products and coffee beans cannot be returned or replaced.
• In the event of a defect or error from the first party, the customer bears the shipping costs and replaces the product free of charge, otherwise the shipping company or the customer is responsible for it.
• If there are errors or manufacturing defects, the first party bears the shipping and replacement costs, if the second party or the customer notifies us of the defect within only 14 days of receiving the shipment.
• The return process is completed within 3 days from the date of receipt, but after this period the amount will be added as a credit for the purchase from the site.
• Any delay in delivering shipments due to the shipping company is considered outside the responsibility of the first party.
• The customer bears the shipping costs and his amount is not refunded by the first party.
• It is possible Return only if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased and in its original packaging.
• The order amount will be returned to the customer minus the shipping cost within 3-15 days of receiving the order from the customer, depending on the payment method.
• If a shipping policy is issued to replace or return the product, the customer must deliver the product to the shipping company’s office within 3 working days. If the customer is late in delivery, he will be required to pay an additional fee of 3 Omani riyals.

 Cancel the order:
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase process before shipping, and accordingly he can get a full refund. The period for returning the amount to the customer takes five working days and may reach twenty days, by contacting us directly through customer service.
If the payment process is completed, the amount paid will be returned according to the method Payment whether it is (bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard) and it will never be returned in cash

Shipping Delivery
• After confirming the order and payment, the first party prepares the order and delivers it within a period not exceeding 20 official working days, starting from Sunday to Thursday.
• The order is prepared within one to two official working days in the coffee crops.
• The second party’s order is stored, if desired, for a maximum period of two weeks after the order is approved and its value is paid. The responsibility for the goods is transferred from the first party to the second party after the expiration of a period of two weeks. The first party shall take care of the goods as much as possible, and after the goods remain for more than three weeks, the first party shall not be responsible for the goods sold at all.

Shipping within the Sultanate of Oman:
• The first party guarantees the shipment of orders, issuing a shipment tracking number, and delivering them to the carrier within 1-5 working days after receiving the amount and confirming the payment process.
• The delivery period for orders within the Sultanate takes from one official working day to 5 official working days after confirming and preparing the order (not including preparation days).
• Any delay in receiving and delivering the shipment is considered outside the responsibility of the first party, and we hope to communicate directly with the relevant shipping company.
• If the shipment is not received by the customer and the order is returned to us, and the customer re-orders the shipment again, the shipping fees will be calculated again in addition to the advance fees.

Shipping outside the Sultanate of Oman
• The first party guarantees the shipment of orders, issuing a shipment tracking number, and delivering them to the carrier within 1-5 working days after receiving the amount and confirming the payment process.
• The delivery period for orders outside the Sultanate takes from 3 official working days to 15 official working days after confirming and preparing the order (excluding preparation days).
• Any delay in receiving and delivering the shipment is considered outside the responsibility of the first party, and we kindly ask you to contact the relevant shipping company directly.
• If the shipment is not received by the customer and the order is returned to us, and the customer re-orders the shipment again, the shipping fees will be calculated again in addition to the advance fees
